This App helps volleyball trainers and coaches to develop better training exercises for specific age groups.


With this App we want to give trainers a foothold when giving technical volleyball training. Volleyball techniques can be taught in many different ways. We have chosen a method that seems most efficient for our youth.

How does it work?

The objectives, the description of the techniques and a visualization of them are described for different age categories.

These descriptions are always an extension of the previous age categories. That is why it is necessary to look at the age categories in advance throughout the entire line.

This App can be used in the composition of training programs linked to the final objectives per age category or technique.
